Government Subsidies
ACTI is now part of the ACT Registered Training Organisations that are part of the Apprenticeship and Trainee skills program. Students that are working in the industry and studying at ACTI receive a study subsidy (financial assistance) towards the cost of their course. In addition, Skills Canberra have also approved the Australia School Based Apprenticeship (ASBA) to be delivered by ACTI for the Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
ACTI works closely with Sarina Russo who is the Apprenticeship Provider in Canberra and we are in continual contact with employers about hiring apprentices/trainees. Students that are eligible and express interest in Apprenticeship will have a preliminary interview with ACTI representative to determine if there is an employer match.
Students that have already secured jobs in the beauty industry will just need an eligibility check.

ASBA enrolments
ASBA training commencing 1 October 2021. Students that are interested to enrol should contact ACTI.
Any student that is already employed in the Beauty industry but would like to do an ASBA you may also be eligible please contact ACTI for more information.

Parking at ACTI
Parking is not available at ACTI, however there are plenty of options just around the school. Paid parking is available along Mort Street, Lonsdale Street and in the Canberra Centre.
